Everybody wants to choose the best standard in quality regarding their child’s day-care. But what does this quality stand for and how do you know for sure that this is actually being offered?

At CompaNanny, quality is determined by the following aspects: Development, Safety, Lay-out, Health and Service. For each aspect, CompaNanny has laid down the optimal quality. However, this quality standard is not an end-product in itself but a working method. Our Nannies are of vital importance to the implementation of this working method. We therefore test the policy and behaviour of Nannies and management of each location. The head office is constantly improving these five aspects of quality and Quality Managers carry out half-yearly ‘audits’ in order to guarantee the CompaNanny Quality. CompaNanny’s methods of measuring are customized and considerably more demanding than the GGD-norm or any other available quality audits. Apart from a check on hygiene factors and safety, the behaviour of Nannies is also being surveyed. With regard to the development of this system, pedagogic norms as well as the needs of parents and children have been taken into account.
