CompaNanny works with ‘corners’ of the house, were every corner exists of two groups that are connected to each other. Every group has two Nannies or more so that every day there are 4 Nannies present. Regularly there are also a Location Manager, Assistant Manager, a Pedagogical Coach, a Group Team Leader and a Housekeeper present. Through this open and transparent approach we keep control over what takes place at the groups.
